Welcome to Dayli ("we," "us," "our")—an AI-powered social scheduling platform designed to help people find the best times to connect with those who matter most. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, web app, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using Dayli, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use Dayli. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Your Account
To access Dayli's core features, you must register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. How Dayli Works
Dayli allows you to:
- Create a personal profile
- Sync your calendar (Google, Apple, or Outlook)
- Use an AI chat assistant to help schedule meetups
- Invite friends to shared groups or planning spaces
We do not allow users to view others' full calendars. Dayli only uses shared availability data and contextual preferences to offer personalized suggestions.
4. Acceptable Use & Code of Conduct
You agree not to misuse Dayli. Specifically, you will not:
- Use Dayli for spam, harassment, impersonation, or abusive behavior
- Schedule events for illegal, harmful, or inappropriate purposes
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform, servers, or network security
- Attempt to access other users' personal data or accounts
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the spirit of Dayli's community.
5. Beta Disclaimer
Dayli is currently in Beta. That means:
- Features may change, break, or be removed at any time
- There is no guarantee of uptime or data persistence
- You may encounter bugs or incomplete functionality
We appreciate your patience as we build Dayli in real time with our early users.
6. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. By using Dayli, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
Dayli's name, branding, and platform are in the process of being formally registered and protected. All code, designs, and materials on the platform are the property of Dayli Inc. or its founders unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized use of our branding, content, or software is prohibited.
8. Modifications to the Service or Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use of Dayli after the update means you accept the revised Terms.
